Why haven't I received account details or a course joining message?

Possible reasons for this.


1) You have not created an account on the E-Learning Server. 
2) The message is not be reaching your inbox due to spam filtering or your organization's email filtering rules. 
3) You have not have been enrolled on the course.

Please note that if you have successfully enrolled, the course will be available to access within the E-Learning platform straight after enrolment. (select 'My Courses' to view all courses you are enrolled onto).


If you feel you have created an account / enrolled onto a course but are not able to access it please email us at elearning@snomed.org
