Why haven't I received account details or a course joining message?

There are several possible reasons for this.


1) You have not created an account on the E-Learning Server. 

2) The message is not be reaching your inbox due to spam filtering or your organization's email filtering rules. 
3) You have not have been enrolled on the course. 4) It may also be that the joining message has not yet been sent.
  • If it is less than a week before the course starts and you have checked the above possibilities please email elearning@ihtsdo.org.
