Why haven't I received account details or a course joining message? Print

There are several possible reasons for this.

1) You have not created an account on the E-Learning Server.

2) The message is not be reaching your inbox due to spam filtering or your organization's email filtering rules.

3) You have not have been enrolled on the course.

This may occur if you did not respond to an offered place on the course or if you indicated interest but did not apply.
Please see: Apply to enroll on a SNOMED CT E-Learning course.

4) It may also be that the joining message has not yet been sent.

If it is less than a week before the course starts and you have checked the above possibilities please email elearning@ihtsdo.org.
