Under the SNOMED CT Affiliate license ((refer to Clause 2.4 of the Affiliate License), if you wish to translate should notify SNOMED International by emailing info@snomed.org. Translations are the responsibility of the respective National Release Centres in SNOMED International Member countries, and are published as national language sets as part of a national edition of SNOMED CT.
