● The date(s) of the meeting (it's fine to say "Every second Thursday in the month," or "January 5, February 19, and November 23" - we can write those down in the calendar and activate the meetings when the dates approach)
● The time of the meeting in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated, which is not the same as UK time – UK time changes for daylight savings time, UTC does not. You can find UTC by converting your local time using http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)
● The duration of the meeting.
Before the meeting, the SNOMED International Office will go into GoToMeeting and activate your account. After the meeting, the Office will suspend the account again.
