How do I enable my GoToMeeting account?

To enable your account, write to meeting@snomed.org and list:


       The date(s) of the meeting (it's fine to say "Every second Thursday in the month," or "January 5, February 19, and November 23" - we can write those down in the calendar and activate the meetings when the dates approach)

       The time of the meeting in UTC (Universal Time Coordinated, which is not the same as UK time – UK time changes for daylight savings time, UTC does not. You can find UTC by converting your local time using http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)

       The duration of the meeting.


Before the meeting, the SNOMED International Office will go into GoToMeeting and activate your account.  After the meeting, the Office will suspend the account again.
