To promote a concept with the concept ID only, submit a new CRS request with the concept ID in the "Local SNOMED CT Code" field, and then the usual process for promotion is followed.
If the concept with all identifiers (concept ID, description IDs, etc.) are to be retained, email techsupport@snomed.org and the Technical Team will promote the concept in its entirety. Copy the pertinent terminologist in the email if applicable.
