Use CRS:

Questions about concepts that have associated tracker items
Concerns/errors involving concepts

Use Freshdesk (which in turn can be taken to Tuesday Terminologists meeting, and if needed later, to Editorial Panel)

Need a local identifier more quickly than the international concept ID can be created
Modeling questions. Ex: How do I model x? Why don't |Device in situ (finding)| concepts not have associated physical objects?
Editorial guidance: missing content, errors, questions on application
Requesting Extension Namespace ID
Queries on status and/or timelines for changes in concept models, MRCM, etc.
Translation questions, i.e. What does x concept mean?
