All SNOMED CT users are required to accept the SNOMED CT Affiliate licence. If you are in a SNOMED International Member country, once you have an accepted the licence you are free to use SNOMED CT within your system(s). If you are implementing in a non-SNOMED International country, you will be notified of any fees prior to gaining access to the SNOMED CT release files.
